Update indicates Administrator Update

I receive the following when I attempt to use Office Update:

NOTE: Detection shows that Office products on your computer have been
updated by your Office product administrator from the administrative
installation point on a server. This means that you should not update Office
products yourself. If you are an Office product administrator, please visit
the Office Resource Kit for more information.

I have a new laptop and installed office on it as I took it off my old laptop.

THe only KB article I could find was: Article ID : 832665 Last Review :
February 13, 2006 Revision : 4.1

Which says the exact same thing as the update page. This was not intalled by
an administrator but by me. Why cant I update using Updater?
