Every time I attempt to install update KB839645 (which
Microsoft tells me is a critical update), it crashes my
Outlook 2002 for XP preventing me from accessing my ISP's
incoming server. Furthermore, I get an error message
telling me that critical necessary files are going to be
overwritten and that I should keep the existing files,
however, the installation process prevents me from doing
so. Any ideas?
