Update KB972580, KB974554 doesn't install

Hi

I have Win XP SP3 with Office 2003 SP3.

When install the update KB972580, KB974554 popup the messagebox after one
minutes with the update is not install.

In applicationlog is MsiInstaller attencion 1015 with "can't connect with
the Server" 0x800401F0
