Open any Office app and go to Help\Check for Updates

On the office update page, scroll down the left side and click on "Show
Installed Office Updates". After this finishes, click on the link "Return
to the Office Update Catalog". A scan for office update should start.

Office Update is going bye-bye, so I'm guessing MS is trying to stop
promoting it by removing links to it.

Use the link "Office Update: Get additional Office updates" in the box "Check
for Updates" which appears on the right hand side of the screen.
