update links for video files

I have created a presentation and want to burn it to a cd. When I do this,
it will not play any of the videos in it. I have copied a folder of videos
along with this. Here is the file structure.
c:\documents and settings\user\desktop\presentation\videos

The presentation is sitting in the presentation folder and the videos are
one level below that.
The problem is that the path to the videos remains the entire path. Now I
have heard that you need to update the links to the videos. For some reason
my Links button on the edit menu is greyed out? I am using office 2000
premium. Help!!

I recommend that you move the videos to the same folder as the presentation.
Then delete and reinsert them in your presentation. See:

Actually I tried the 'pack and go' feature and it has solved my issue ...
