Update links - hyperlink issues

I have two workbooks, one is a master sheet which feeds data into
receiving sheet. The receiving sheet is opened via a hyperlin
contained in the master sheet. When I alter cell contents in the maste
sheet I want them to be also updated in the receiving sheet. However, i
would seem that as the receiving sheet has been opened by a hyperlin
the link between the two worksheets is not dynamic. Is there any wa
around this?
