Update Links

When I launch a template that pulls data from my CRM I
continue to get this message:

This document contains one or more links to other files.
Do you want to update this document with the data from
the linked file?

Is there anyway to have Word always respond w/YES?

Scott,

I don't have anything to test with, but try Tools>Options>General>Update
Automatic Links at Open
