Update Ms Project Server 2003

I need help. When a project manager publish the project on the server, the
updates and notifications go to the administrator (thru emails)and the
update tab on the server. Even though the owner is the Project Manager and
was publish by him/her.

The project manager should try the following to correct this situation:

1. Open the project in question
2. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
3. Select the "Become the manager for these assignments" option
4. Click OK

Dale I already did that but still is coming to the administrator account.
Could be because on PWA the default email is the administrator?

No, this is not releated to the e-mail address of the administrator. I'm
concerned that republishing assignments does not resolve this problem. Are
you seeing errors in the server's application Event Log? That might give us
a clue as to why the PM cannot take over as the manager of the project in
question. Let us know.
