Update names that include Mc O'

How can I automatically change names like have been put into lowercase, for
instance macdonald or o'brien, these should look like MacDonald and O'Brien.
How can I do this.

It's a whole lot more complicated than that. A person's
name is whatever they want it to be with what ever
capitalization they like. Even the "standard"
capitalization rules vary in different countries and
cultures.
