I am trying to update to SR-1. The installer asks for a
disk labelled Office 2000 Standard but all I have is
Office 2000 Small Business. When I insert it, it is
rejected as a valid disk.
So I tired going to online support and it asked for a
product ID number, which it rejected again, when I
inserted the ID from onoe of the office programs -
Outlook.
Help!
