Update Office 2000 with/without CD.

Office 200 Update

Tried updating both ways without success. Alternate method without CD, still
prompted me to insert CD. Updating was suggested fix for Excel problem.

Might sggest you tell us what the Excel problem is that it may be not a
problem at all.
