Update one calendar with information from another

I have a new manager and we would like to automatically load all of his
appointments / meetings from his Calendar to our shared Calendar. Also, we
would like for our shared calendar to be updated automatically when he
accepts a meeting / appointment. Is it possible? I thought if we could get
his calendar to invite our shared calendar to all of his appointments /
meetings automatically - that would work. I actually accept invitations from
our shared calendar.
