Update process quits unexpectedly after you click "Check for Updat

Need to find out about Officeupdate11/cab. Missing a file
511167.mainsp3op.msp in order to repair Work2001. I can't uninstall or
install. And microsoft update stops at 40% because it's missing something
from the cab folder. So I'm stuck and NNEEEEDD help. Can't do anything from
CD or net.
