O
Outlook User
I have found Outlook Rules to be almost useless, especially if you don't get
spam. The reason is I want to read or at least see all my emails. What would
be great is if I could hit a function key (or an Outlook button) after I read
an email (whether open or in preview) and Outlook would run the rule (for
example file) for the email I am reading. BIG BIG Time Saver, not to mention
accurate filing.
Example. I make a rule for all my Customer Order emails from my Shopping
Cart to get filed in "My Read Orders" folder. I read the order via preview
and hit F1. The email gets moved to "My Read Orders" folder.
