Update Sheet

Hi,

I've two identical sheets, except one contains updated data to
overwrite the first sheet with.

There are also Comments to update and some formatting, text colour
changes etc.

I can think of a few ways to do this, but none seem quite right, or
the best method. I'm also at odds with append, then delete old or
overwrite.

Any suggestions?
