Update task progress on <My Tasks> page

We are using Project Server 2007+PWA, and task progress update uses 'percent
completed' mode.
Currently, our resource can update 'Percent Completed' field only on
<Assignment Details> page, but for other fields like 'Start','Finish' they
are able to change directly from <My Tasks> page.
Is it possible that directly update 'Percent Completed' field from <My
Tasks> Page? where should I configure it?

Thanks in advance,

JJin

Hi JJin,

you can add the %complete column to your My task page by going to the
Server Settings > Look and Feel > Manage Views > My Work, change the "my
Assignments" view to include the %complete column

Hope this helps

Hi, Marc,

Actually, my problem is, I have %complete column on <My Tasks> Page / <My
Assignments> view, I can only see content in this column but not be able to
do any operation.

Thanks in advance,

Hi, Marc,

On <Server Settings> - <Task setting and display>,tracking method is:
'Percent of work complete', do I need to set anyelse?

Thanks in advance,

No, that should be it. When you drill into the task, can you update the
%complete field?

Yes, Marc. I can update the progress from 'Percent completed' of <Assignment
Details> view, which is drilled into by cliking 'Task Name' on <My Tasks>
page.
Thanks in advance,

Hi Jjin,

I have tested the %complete field and I had the same issue. Based on this it
looks like that it is not possible
Sorry
