Update tasks or projects

Hi
I have a question if anyone could help me. I have updated my resource's tasks - we use Microsoft Project Professional 2002- in the project at Tools/Tracking/Update Task or Project. These tasks are completed 100% but the Project Server still send's the notification to every resource that these tasks are overdue and incomplete. I have to mention that my resources do not use the Project Web Access yet to update their tasks so I need to do that as the administartor and project manager.

Do the following:

1. Open the project in question
2. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
3. Select the "Overwrite actual work entered by resources" option
4. Click OK

Performing these steps will "push" your updates from the Microsoft Project
plan to Project Web Access and should stop the e-mail notifications about
incomplete tasks, except for tasks that actually are incomplete. Hope this
