Update the use of materials in PWA

Hi

A client want to know if Project Server 2003 allow a team member to update the use of materials in PWA?

Material resources do not have user accounts in PWA, even though they are
listed in the Enterprise Resource Pool. Therefore, you must update the use
of material resources in the actual project plan in Microsoft Project
Professional. Hope this helps.
