update to a table field from an active X object in a form

I'm trying to setup a form that has a control called LANDesk Date Control in
it, that allows users to use it to input the data into a table. I don't know
what I'm doing wrong but it looks like its not doing anything except showing
the current date. Does anyone have an experience with this?
