Update to Junk e-mail Filter

I have tried on several occasions to install the update to the junk e-mail
filter for Outlook 2003. I cannot get it to install. Has anyone else had
trouble and/or found a solution?

I receive Error 2902 an internal error has occurred [ixf AssemblyCopy].
