I run this product on a Windows 98SE m/c. I found out I
had not got Office 2000 SP3 installed so I downloaded
o2kSp3.exe and ran it. It said "The expected version of
the product was not found on the system". I then visited
the Office Products update site and initiated a Scan. The
scan told me I needed Office 2000 SR1a (Outlook 2000
Update and SP3 after SR1a installed). I thought I had
already done this and certainly had the program
o2ksr1a.exe in my downloads directory. However, I
downloaded o2ksr1a again and ran it again. It said "You
already have Microsoft Office 2000 SR1". I checked my
installer and it is Version 2.0.2600.2.
Any idea where to go from here?
