update to outlooking hanging when exiting..

I've narrowed it down to how it will hang ("please wait
while outlook is exiting"), but cannot figure out how to
fix this..

If you're running exchange server 5.5 sp4, and clients
have office 2k and 2k3, outlook will hang upon exiting.

If the user never uses 2k3, then it wont happen.

It seems that after they use outlook 2k3 on one
workstation then go back to 2k it wont let them exit. It
hangs, but they can still open another outlook and it's
fine.

It seems that once you use 2k3 it does something to the
exchange so that when you use 2k, it doesn't recognize
some functions, therefore not being able to exit.

Does anyone know why???
