Update to site not displaying

When I update using fp2000 the new pages don't display on my computer but they do on other computers. I have deleted everything concerning the old page but it still trails along and overrides the updates. Can someone tell me how to cure this. I have system restored, deleted filed, gone in through setting and cleared old docs, cleared any and all files with the old page content. What else??????????

1. Clear you temporary internet and history files and then check your site.
2. Do you use AOL?? AOL caches web pages on their servers and changes won't immediately show up.

No AOL here. I have dumped temp and cleared history many times. I have even sys restored to 2 months before I created the site and it still drug the old page up. Have gone in through settings and cleared old docs. Have even shut off the computer for hours to dump the cache. Ideas?

By any chance is this happening with your Home page??

If so, check for the existence of 2 versions of it on the server by opening
www.yoursite.com/index.html
and then www.yoursite.com/index.htm ( it could also be default.html and index.htm )

If both exist, open your local web and rename the local index.htm to index.html and then publish.
Then open the remote web and delete index.htm.
