I can not install the update to office v.X "10.2" '10.4' ".10.5". The
cursor is is fixed to "gathering information".

Make sure that the Microsoft Database Daemon is not running (turn it
off in Entourage: File/Turn Off Office Notifications...), then log
out and log back in.
