Update??????

I'm using MS Excel 2000 with Windows 98SE. My question is:
Is it necessary or would it be beneficial for me to update to a newer
version of Excel? Or is Excel 2000 sufficient? I've been told that I
should update but in all honesty, I don't see anything wrong with Excel
2000.
If I should update, can it be done over the internet? as in a download?

Can you update via download? I'm not aware of any reputable source.
Should you update? I don't know that there's anything in newer versions that
would greatly benefit the average user. I would probably wait for Excel 12,
which will be very different. And even then, I wouldn't update until SP1 or
2 is published. :)
