I have a Date field that is updated when a record is changed and works good.

What i need is when staff save the form i need a pop up box for staff to
enter the person who changed the form. this name is then recorded against
that record.

Is this possible and how do i do it??

I know a little bit of VB code but not much.

You can use InputBox to ask the user for something. But would it be better
just to ask Windows who's logged in and use that name?
