Problem: Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 have old contact phone types. There
is no way to update these fields. ie. Outlook currently has a "Car" and a
"Mobile" field. Why can't these fields be combined into "Cell"? Also many
businesses offer a multide of phone lines such as: Direct Line, Direct Fax,
Toll Free, etc. Outlook does not provide options to enter in these contact
numbers. There are other examples as well.
Any other ideas??
Possible Solution: Outlook should let the user change these fields as user
determines need or update fields to match current time.
