Updated, republished IP Form not readable by users

Hi,
I edited a previously Sharepoint published IP03 form (in IP07) and
republished it without any issues. I can open old forms, create new forms,
save new forms, etc.
My users, though, can no longer open the old forms, or create new ones.
No permissions have changed.
What am I doing wrong? How can I get my users forms working again?

What version of the infopath is using by your User.

Thx Anuma,
A reboot of the users' machine corrected the form open and create problem.
To answer your question, while the form was originally created in IP03,
then edited and republished in IP07, all users are on IP07.
