UpdateListItems

Can somebody provide an example of UpdateListItems web services. I am
trying to update an existing Sharepoint list from InfoPath form.

Thanks Wong,

I have checked this article before and it worked perfectly, but my
problem is that I need to add an item in a list created by me (custom
list) not the list already present in the sharepoint. I cannot get this
to work if I change the "Contacts list (as per article)" to the list I
created.
