I have a flow which runs every time one on our accident/incident Microsoft forms is submitted, the flow send an email to certain user then it creates an item on a SharePoint list, the problem is the list picks everything up on the form except the staff name but id you go to the list and enter the surname the whole list of 365 users appears and you can enter it from there but I want it to appear on the list as and when the forms are submitted.
Thought possible some sort of JSON formatting but I don't know enough about it to just go and add it.
Hope someone can help as I have to have this piece of work in place ASAP
