Updates Error

I have a number of users experiencing the same issue when
processing timesheet updates in PWA. The update appears
but with no actuals visible. These actuals do exist and
sometimes re-appear simply by scrolling through time
periods and/or changing the view from days to weeks. On
some occasions the actuals do not appear at all.

Has anyone else come accross this issue or know any way
to overcome this?

Posting the version of the product you're using, as well as the service pack
level, is essential to give a definitive answer. Sounds like known problems
in pre-service pack versions of 2002.

Thanks for your reply, it is Project Server 2003 with no
service pack applied at present

Many thanks, we are currently running MDAC v2.8, can you
confirm whether SP1 will resolve this issue.
