Updates failing, cannot find reference to error code

Does anyone know what is causing this error found in event viewer and how I
can solve it:

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with
error 0x8007066e: Office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3).

If you check the "temp" folder you should find 2 setup log files. You will
need to take a peek at them to get a better understanding on why the update
is failing to install. (The file(s) should be in %temp%\ohotfix.)
