Updates field not cleared

I have a user who has tasks that are "stuck" on her
update screen. I believe there was some sort of server
connectivity error - which was resolved. Then when
everything was accepted and updated, it still appears on
the update screen. I cannot seem to get rid of it! I
simply have an error flag (shown below) with the
message "This task change has been successfully updated
into Project, but has not been saved with the project
file".

I believe the project file somehow got out of synch with
server. How can clean this up and I clear her "Updates"
screen?
