Updates submitted showing 0 hours?

Hi

We are running Project Server 2003, SP2, I am just checking the weekly task
updates, and there a 2 resources submitting timesheets however all that is
showing for them is 0 hours - what would cause this?

Have you confirmed that these resources actually entered time greater than 0
hours in their PWA timesheets? Let us know.

Hi Dale,

I confirmed with the Resources the tasks did have time booked against them.
When the information was exported to excel the hours were showing in the data
grid but not within the PWA update tasks section.

Shortest method was I rejected the bookings, they were then re-submitted ok.
