The majority of updates to Window and Office can be downloaded from
the TechNet part of the web site.
Recently a Word for Windows security update has been release. How
come the Word 2000 and 2003 updates can be downloaded, yet it's
necessary to contact Microsoft directly to obtain the Word 97 security
update?
