upgrade 2007

I have a dual boot system. XP pro and vista ultimate, each on different
partitions of corse. I have office 2003 pro on the xp drive and was wondering
if i purchase office 2007 standard upgrade can i install it on the vista
drive? Trying to get the cleanest install i can.

In licensing the Upgrade "combines" the Office 2003 version with the
Upgrade Office 2007 to create the end result. The 2003 version may no
longer be used as it is now "part of the 2007" copy.
