Upgrade Access 2.0 to Access 2003

When converting 2.0 databases including forms and/or modules to Access 2003, Access tells me I need an upgrade-program (Microsoft Access 2.0-konverteringsprogrammet). Cannot find it on microsoft.com.

I usually use Access 97 as an intermediary conversion. You can also get a
converter file from Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) which will aid
in the conversion. The only way to get this file is to call PSS.

The biggest problem I've found is converting 16 bit APIs to 32 bit. Usually,
you can just change integers to longs, but sometimes there is a completely
different API. Other problems are usually minor. Check Tony Toews conversion
