Upgrade and Lost Address book

I upgraded to outlook 2003 and when I opened I had lost some opf my current
emails and all my entries in my address book...

How can I restore that file?

Might you have another PST file on your machine where the data might be? If
you find it you can open it with the File menu > Open > Outlook Data File
command. Drag & drop data from that file into your current one

I did a search to no avail. Found emails ...does your comment pretain to the
contacts in the address book? That's my main concern now...

I have a back up for last month...what files needs to be restored for the
address book?

The address book is created dynamically from the contents of your Contact
folder so restore the PST file from the backup and use my other advice to
get the Contacts back
