Upgrade from 2000 to 2003 AND change language!

Thank you for a very informative website.
Hope you can help on this one!

I have an English version of Project 2000 and am contemplating to upgrade to
2003, but to a Danish version - - ! Can you tell me how to do that. I can
imagine that the setup program will inform me that I am using a wrong
language version and advicee me to get hold of the right one!

I am not really in the mood to purchace a full licence, if I can make do
with an upgrade.
