When I try to import into Entourage OSX it finds the OExpress folder
but nothing relevant inside, no identity or anything of the sort. Also
when I copy the whole OExpress folder and the preferences file from
the system folder to the OSX computer and open OE under Classic, all
the in / out / sent folders and messages are gone and OE looks like a
new plain account, with only the welcome message in the in box. Help!

You need to copy the "Microsoft User Data" folder (Old HD/Documents/) to the
new computer's HD. Then, open Entourage, go to File -> Import, choose
"Import information from a program", then "Outlook Express 5", and navigate
to the Microsoft User Data folder you copied over. Choose the Identities
folder, choose your identity name, and then click Import.
