Upgrade from Microsoft..What is my source? I have no CD

I have no CD. The Office version SP1 I have was installed on the unit I
bought. I have attemped to upgrade from Microsoft. The upgrade downloads but
when I
attempt to install I am asked to put the CD in the computer or indicate " My
Source" of the program. What is my source? Thks

Your *source* is the cd you do not have in your possession. So, you need to
get it from whomever/wherever you purchased the computer.

If you can't get your hands on the CD you can try the "Full File" version of
the update. In many cases it eliminates the need to have the CD handy. Try
downloading from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx

The OP didn't tell us which version of Office. So, it may or may not work.
