Upgrade from Office 200 to Office 2003

I am about to upgrade to office 2003 from office 2000. Will I loose my
contact, notes and email in Outlook?

No, not if the upgrade completes without a problem. But you would be wise to
backup your pst file (where your e-mail, contacts, etc. are stored) just in
case something goes nuts. Otherwise, Murphey's Law will get you.
