Upgrade from Office 2000 to Office 2003

Hello,

Company wants to upgrade users that have Office 2000 pro
or workstation to Office 2003 pro or workstation. We deal
with Volume license media and admin shares, etc. The big
rub is making sure files and settings migrate, the users
are in windows 2000 or XP. Is there any articles or books
that cover the sensitive user migration of files and
settings that is numero uno with my management.

Have you looked at USMT? or migrate files and settings
from the XP CD? I used it when I did the same thing
