Upgrade from Office 2003 Pro to Office 2007. Any Issues?

I am needing to install Office 2007 on some machines. These boxes have Office
2003 Pro already installed. I have heard that there are issues with the
upgrade and that Office 2003 needs to be uninstalled prior to installing
O2K7. Is there any truth to this? I would hope this wouldn't be an issue.

Thanks

I have one system running Office Pro 2003 & Office 2007 H & S edition side
by side (as a matter of fact it also has Office 4.3, 97, 2000, XP also
running side by side). If you want to keep your original 2003 installation
make sure you do a custom install and install 2007 in a different folder
(you need to actually change the folder name.) Outlook 2003 will not run
with an installation of Office 2007 that has Outlook as part of it as you
can only run one version of Outlook on a computer. That is the only
definite problem that most people are having with dual Office versions on
one machine.

I am sure that if anyone else has further information they will post
shortly.
