I have the same problem. This identical question has been
asked about nemerous times. The standard answers are
scheck the error log, and Pay tech support. I believe
that because this is so repetitive that some official
statement should be made by someone form Microsoft. I
have performed this upgrade on Windows Me, Nt, 2000, but
not able to on XP. Microsoft indicates that it is an HP
problem. Hp indicates that it is a Software problem. i
would like a better answer then, just buy the latest
office product. Good luck, if Anyone ever answer you,
would you be kind enough to inform me? I think I just give
