You download from the internet, you install from a disk or other media to
enable a program to run on a computer.
If you are not completing the install of Office 2003 give any error messages
you encounter.
In the meantime, if you really need access and can't get Office installed
quickly, try to download and install Open Office from
www.openoffice.org.
This program is a semi-clone of Office and it's writer program will open,
change and save almost any Word 97 to Word 2003 document without any
problem.
