Depends what you mean by upgrade. I'm assuming you mean can I upgrade from
Office 95/4.3 to a newer version. In order to determine what version of
Office you can upgrade to I'm going to need to know a little about your
computer. What type and speed processor do you have? How much RAM do you
have? How much hard drive space do you have available? What Operating System
are you running?

Hi John,
To add to Ben's reply, only Office 97 (v8)
or newer can be used as a qualifying product to
use with an 'upgrade' copy of Office 2003.
