during an upgrade of an enduser's outlook from ol2000 to ol2003, a message
flashed by telling us the archive was incompatible. We opened the pst
archive and the inbox folder is absent. The sent items and deleted item are
intact. Ran the scanpst tool, but still no inbox. Any ideas?
