Upgrade Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2007 BCM

We have a very basic version of Office that included Office 2007. Is there a
way to upgrade the package to include Outlook 2007 with BCM? I am willing to
upgrade either just the Oulook or if I have to the entire suite.
