Upgrade Path from Project Server 2002 to Project Server 2003

We have a server running PS2002 which some built a while back and has since
left. We're considering simply rebuilding the server with Windows Server
2003 and installing PS2003. Is this an easy task if the PS2002 database
sits on a seperate SQL2000 server? If so, does anyone have links which
could assist in preparing for this?

Upgrading from PS 2002 to PS 2003 has been easier than I thought of. The
documentation of how to upgrade and an DB upgrade utility is included in
the PS 2003 CD. It is straight forward. Just follow the instruction and
you will be done.

Thanks. My present server has W2K Server on it and I want to upgrade that
to WS03. Should I simply remove PS2002, upgrade the OS, perform the DB
upgrade steps on the SQL server itself (as outlined in help), the install
PS2003?

Thanks
